Agents are provided with PCI-compliant, locked-down laptops with remote campaign access, ensuring that all calls are branded with the client organization’s name on the caller ID display. Payment information is encrypted under strict PCI security standards, ensuring the utmost protection for patron credit card information.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & QUALITY CONTROL

Training agents is easy with FLEX’s user-friendly functionality, and the screen software includes an intricate system of checks and balances to minimize agent data entry errors.
