Conducted from a phone room on or close to campus, on-site phonathons provide the opportunity to employ student callers who have the advantage of full immersion in the school’s environment. The university provides the work space, the phone lines and the lead base; we handle everything else. For today’s busy development departments, on-site phonathons are an excellent alternative to the distracting problems associated with running in-house fundraisers.
Unable to host an on-site phonathon? SD&A’s Academic Telecenters — ATC WEST in Los Angeles and the brand new ATC EAST in Atlanta — offer a flexible alternative with many of the same features as traditional on-site phonathons. Supervised by experienced phonathon managers and staffed by callers who are expertly versed in the client’s programs and culture, these boutique phone rooms offer a personal touch not found at large, off-site call centers.
